Cannabis to Survive Motherhood 4-Week Program
This 4 week small group course will teach you all you need to know to safely and confidently consume cannabis to help you navigate the common emotional challenges of motherhood. After this course, you will be ready to become an active and present parent and partner. Each week we will cover a different topic of concern that cannabis can safely help alleviate.

Lesson One: Cannabis 101
This lesson will cover the basics of getting started with cannabis, why you want to take it, methods of consumption and how to start consuming. At the end of this session you will be ready to start your journey to cannabis use.
Lesson Two: Mood Disorders and Anxiety
This lesson will focus on cannabis use and foods to help with mood disorder often seen throughout motherhood including depression, anxiety and post-partum depression.
Lesson Three: Insomnia
This lesson will focus on sleep issues including falling asleep and staying asleep.
Lesson Four: Pain Management
This Lesson will focus on pain management, whether it is your new wrist pain from being pregnant and carrying kids around, existing back pain or vaginal pain after childbirth we will discuss consuming cannabis for pain.
